Posted by Tiger Harris | Jun 19, 2024 | 0 Comments

A Writ of Possession is a Court Order authorizing Constable to remove tenants and give legal possession, of property, back to Landlord. In most Texas juridictions it takes 5-15 days depending on Constable's schedule. You must: (1) make and appointment with the Constable to meet you or your agent in person at the property; (2) have locks changed on-site and (3) hire non-bonded movers to remover personal property. Constable will order Tenants off the property. Landlord is not responsible for personal property that has been lawfully removed. Article written by: Tiger Harris
